High-speed forging hydraulic, a new type of forging press equipment developed in 1980s, has been commonly acknowledged as one of the main direction for development of free forging equipment. Up to now, Dayi heavy forging technology' high-speed forging hydraulic presses of medium and light tonnage made by our company are applied in production, with increasingly improved technology to achieve international advanced.

In terms of its structural style, the double struts pull-down style dominates present middle and small-sized press(under 20MN),which features low gravity center, good stability short pipeline and little hydrodynamic shock, while large-sized press(above 25MN)adopts push-down style to reduce the inertia of movable parts, which is easy to control and saves energy.

Our YD12 series Oil pump direct drive is applied in hydraulic transmission. The system's flow capacity and pressure are controlled by switch valves or proportional to maintain good reliability and low cost.

 Dayi heavy forging technology designed and manufactured high-speed forging hydraulic press of 5MN-125MN, which fully absorb advanced technology from overseas and is designed optimally by experience. These new units containing comparatively high technology can be applied in cogging of steel ingot and press working of free forging, especially suitable for forging materials with high alloying components and hard deformation.

Our fast speed forging press YD13 series has following advantage:

2. Anvil laterally shifting device, anvil warehouse and travel table can assort to efficiently shift anvil at any time and improve forging efficiency.

3. Upper anvil replacing device can efficiently replace the upper anvils and rotate the upper anvil 90 °for forging, such as aligning axial forgings, laminating large-diameter disc along the radial direction on upset table, and leveling large-diameter ring rolling.

4. Main pump of hydraulic Pump Station match reasonable, system less heat, energy conservation and a large extends the life of the pump.
