This time, the Balkan region purchased 36MN Fast Forging Hydraulic Press Cluster.36MN fast forging hydraulic cluster is mainly used for the production of large-section die steel products and the forming process of round rod and module forgings.The cluster is equipped with a complete set of mechanized auxiliary devices,and can also complete the production of various kinds of shaft,rod,plate,cake,ring and square billet forgings.It is suitable for the production of round rod and module of forging die steel,machine tools, engines and axles,marine engineering,construction machinery and other products.In addition,it can also complete the lengthen,upsetting,punching (reaming),mandrel lengthen,torsion,bending,misdisplacement,cutting and other free forging processes. It can forge ingot,weight from 4 tons to 30 tons, pressed forgings size D=250-1000mm.Applicable to carbon steel,chromium alloy steel,nickel steel,stainless steel,high temperature alloy,titanium alloy and other materials forging.

●The composite frame i has sufficient  strength,stiffness and fatigue resistance.The frame design adopts computer three-dimensional finite element analysis and calculation to optimize the design,so that the stress value of each part is within the safe range.

●The movable wedge iron is adjusted up and down by a set of adjusting screws and gaskets,so that the guide gap can be conveniently and accurately adjusted according to the slope ratio of the wedge iron.Good plane clearance makes a surface contact between the column and the guide plate,reduces the specific pressure,and also provides conditions for lubrication between the column and the copper guide.

●Draulic press has a forging size detection device and an external display screen.The displacement sensor is installed on the moving slide diagonally.The micro-pulse displacement sensor is used to detect the position of the moving slide in realtime.The detection signal participates in the control of the moving slide.The closed-loop control is carried out,so that the control accuracy reaches ±1mm.
