1. Description:

Automobile axle extrusion production line is a new type of equipment independently developed by our company for trailer axle production technology, with independent intellectual property rights. The production line includes intermediate frequency heating furnace, feeding manipulator, axle extruder and other parts. The original axle friction welding, unilateral spinning and other processes are replaced by double-head hot extrusion process, which can extrude high-quality axles at one time, effectively improving production efficiency and reducing production energy consumption.
