Description
10-100 Tons rail bounded transfer for forging press is suitable for sending the heated steel ingot to the forging press station for forging, and transporting the forged forgings or blanks between the forging press, the ring rolling machine and the heating furnace.
The loader can also be used for anvil loading and unloading and mold handling operations. It can realize the functions of clamping anvil with 10T or less from the ground and sending it to forging press, ring rolling machine, heating furnace loader and unloader quickly and smoothly.
In order to improve the working efficiency, the large and small cars of this machine are driven by motors, which can realize the simultaneous operation of three actions: the big car walking, the small car walking (at any position on the track) and the small car turning under the condition that the clamp rod extends out of the farthest position to clamp a 10T workpiece.

Functions and uses:
The loader and reclaimer is an integral disc-type structure with seven functions: ① cart walking. ② trolley walking. ③ trolley rotating. ④ clamp rod lifting. ⑤ clamp rod telescopic.⑥clamp rotating. ⑦ clamp clamping.
The loader adopts mechanical-hydraulic hybrid drive, that is, the cart and the cart are driven by motors. Hydraulic motor is used to drive the trolley to rotate, the clamp rod to expand and contract and the clamp to rotate. The lifting of clamp rod and clamping are driven by hydraulic cylinder.
