1. Description:

Four-column hydraulic press is used for drawing, blanking (blanking buffer device can be selected), bending, flanging, cold extrusion and other stamping processes of metal materials. It is also suitable for correction, press-fitting and press-forming of powder products, abrasive products, plastic products and insulating materials.

2. Application:

According to the needs of users, devices such as blanking buffer, punching and moving table can be added. Hydraulic system:

The hydraulic system adopts variable pump oil supply system, adopts large-flow centralized control valve block, sets oil suction filter at the oil inlet of the pump, and sets high-pressure oil filter at the outlet of the pump to prevent impurities from entering the hydraulic system to ensure the normal operation of the oil circuit. In the system, there are devices such as oil temperature, oil level display and air filtration. The mailbox is a welded steel plate structure, with a cleaning window and a plug for oil discharge and sewage discharge at the bottom.
