There are three options for the electrical control system:

Conventional configuration: PLC electrical control system, open-loop control; The pressure gauge shows the pressure and the travel switch controls the displacement.

Numerical control system: PLC electrical control system; Closed loop control; Pressure sensor and proportional pressure valve control pressure; The displacement sensor controls the displacement; Touch screen display, set pressure, displacement and other parameters; The process program can be set according to the user's requirements, and the action is sensitive and reliable; Man-machine dialogue can randomly change and adjust parameters such as pressure and displacement of hydraulic press.

Servo control system: the combination of servo motor, driver, encoder and double quantitative pump replaces the constant power combination of asynchronous motor and proportional pressure valve; Closed loop control; Through pressure setting, the motor speed is controlled, and through encoder and displacement sensor, the parameters of hydraulic press such as pressure, displacement and speed are controlled more accurately.
