It can forge ingot,weight from 4 tons to 30 tons, pressed forgings size D=250-1000mm.Applicable to carbon steel,chromium alloy steel,nickel steel,stainless steel,high temperature alloy,titanium alloy and other materials forging.

●Draulic press has a forging size detection device and an external display screen.The displacement sensor is installed on the moving slide diagonally.The micro-pulse displacement sensor is used to detect the position of the moving slide in realtime.The detection signal participates in the control of the moving slide.The closed-loop control is carried out,so that the control accuracy reaches ±1mm.
