10 tons Rail-bound forging manipulator delivered to Europe

After the hard work of our DAYI Heavy forging technology, the newly builded 10 tons full hydraulic rail bounded forging manipulators for the Europ Customer, which was accecpted by our customer after full FAT in site. Our forging manipulator finished all specification and movements on the contract' technical specification.

Here I am glad to share that the 10T full-hydraulic rail bounded forging manipulator is suitable for producing free forging forgings such as long shafts, disks, rings, thick plates and square billets. It can clamp the workpiece and complete the forging operation with 10MN free forging Hydraulic press, and realize the free forging of ingots (billets) of various materials in hot state, which can fully meet the forging process requirements such as upsetting, drawing, punching, ring expanding and cutting.

Rail-bound forging manipulators by DAYI heavy forging technology are equipped with high-dynamic systems. The machines are drive designed for at high peruseformance forging presses. Reliability of the Rail-bound forging manipulators equipment and repro-ducibility of the forming process are ensured.Even when upgrading older forging presses with these modern machines, optimal forming performanceand high productivity can be obtained.

Consequent application of the our Rail-bound forging manipulators allows for an accurately shaped and precise forging process. Thus very high quality is assured in the shortest possible time. This cuts energy and production cost even in the subsequent, steps. All sub assemblies and components areprocessarranged easily accessible which facilitates maintenance.

In most cases, rail-bound forging manipulators are solelycontrolled by the press operator. The manipulator controlsystem is responsible for the entire integration in order toforge always in a reproducible and consistent manner withhighest possible precision and efficiency. When two for-ging manipulators are in use at an open-die forging press,productivity increases depending on the products forged areachieved.
