The 7000 Ton Frame Type Fast Forging Hydraulic Press of our company is a prestressed tie rod split frame hydraulic press.Consists of a machine body, a main cylinder, a slider, a guide rail and other parts. The machine body is a prestressed frame structure, consisting of an upper beam, a column, a base, a tie rod and a nut. The main cylinder is fixed on the upper beam, and the slider moves up and down along the guide rail. The guide rail adopts an eight-sided guide rail with adjustable gap, good rigidity, high precision and stable performance. The slider guide rail plate adopts a composite copper plate. The lubrication system can set the lubrication cycle and time, and automatically lubricate the guide rail. An oil collection device is provided under the guide rail.
