The 7000 Ton Frame Type Fast Forging Hydraulic Press of our company is a prestressed tie rod split frame hydraulic press.Consists of a machine body, a main cylinder, a slider, a guide rail and other parts. The machine body is a prestressed frame structure, consisting of an upper beam, a column, a base, a tie rod and a nut. The main cylinder is fixed on the upper beam, and the slider moves up and down along the guide rail. The guide rail adopts an eight-sided guide rail with adjustable gap, good rigidity, high precision and stable performance. The slider guide rail plate adopts a composite copper plate. The lubrication system can set the lubrication cycle and time, and automatically lubricate the guide rail. An oil collection device is provided under the guide rail.

Technical Characters:

1. Prestressed tie rod split frame structure: This structure has the characteristics of good rigidity, strong anti-eccentric load capacity and high precision;

2. The press is equipped with an online filtration system: This machine is equipped with a large flow online filtration system. The flow of the large flow filter oil pump is more than 1.2 times the flow of the main oil pump. The equipment filters the hydraulic oil online without stopping the machine, and the filtration accuracy is 10u.

3. The equipment is equipped with a remote diagnosis and operation system: to facilitate customers to quickly modify the program when changing the process, and reduce the downtime caused by process changes.

4. Control parameter execution function: During the forging process, the operation is carried out according to the set parameters such as the pressing amount, return amount, and engraving depth, and the operations such as drawing, blanking, upsetting, engraving, and finishing are completed.

5. Complete supporting automated auxiliary facilities: The equipment is equipped with an anvil horizontal locking mechanism, which can quickly replace the upper and lower anvils, shorten the auxiliary operation time, reduce heavy physical labor, and effectively improve production efficiency.

6. Big data application function: It can realize network management and remote diagnosis and maintenance.

7. Integrated design of press and operator:

The press and operator are integrated with a humanized operating table and human-machine interface, which is convenient for the operator to operate the press and operator at the same time, and to complete the operation monitoring, operating actuators, and manual intervention in automatic forging during forging.

8. PLC system: The machine adopts a PLC control system, which can digitally display and set the pressure and displacement of the slider, and can realize accurate display and control of the size of the pressed workpiece. The accuracy can reach ±2mm.
