Servo hydraulic press

1. Description:

Servo hydraulic press is a new type of equipment which drives the quantitative oil pump by servo motor, and controls the torque and rotation speed of servo motor by servo driver to accurately control the speed and stroke of the equipment, so as to realize high precision and low energy consumption.

2. Application:

l Stamping, forming, stretching, shaping, overmolding and trimming of metal or nonmetal parts.

l Typical products that can be suppressed are auto parts, watchcases, watchbands, glasses frames and parts, photo frames, tableware, locks, hardware parts and so on.

4. Main structure and electrical system:

l The operator of the hydraulic press should understand the principle of the hydraulic system, understand the effect of the primary hydraulic components of the equipment, and grasp the operation order of the system. Before starting the equipment, check whether all movement organizations and solenoid valves are in the initial state, and check the oil level in the fuel tank. If any abnormality is found or there is a lack of oil, it is forbidden to start the hydraulic pump motor and find a repairman to repair it. Operators should always check the working conditions of the hydraulic system, observe the working pressure and speed, and check the dimensions of the workpiece and the wear of props to ensure the stable and reliable operation of the hydraulic system.

l In winter, when the oil temperature of the oil tank does not reach 25℃, the executive organizations can't start to work in sequence, but can only start the hydraulic pump motor to make the hydraulic pump idle. During summer operation, when the oil temperature in the oil tank is higher than 60℃, pay attention to investigate the working condition of the hydraulic system and tell the repairman to handle it. The operator cannot damage the interlocking equipment of the electrical system, push the electric control valve by hand, or damage or arbitrarily move the orientation of each operating gear.

l For hydraulic equipment that has been shut down for more than 4 hours, before starting operation, the hydraulic pump motor should be started for 5-10min before working under pressure. When there is something wrong with the hydraulic system, the operator should not tamper with it privately, and should immediately report the repair part. Always insist on cleaning hydraulic equipment to avoid dust, cutting fluid, cutting, cotton yarn and other sundries entering the oil tank.
